Pinnacle Building Consultancy provides a WH&S Assessment service for new and old buildings of commercial and residential classes. Our reports are based on a comprehensive visual inspection of all accessible areas of the property and include comment on the likely existence of asbestos, lead-based paints, trip and fall hazards, a visual inspection of meter boxes/rooms to identify the existence of residual current devices, and many other potential hazards that may cause harm to the owners, occupants or visitors to the building and its surrounds.

We specialise in providing our WH&S Assessment service to our Strata clientele to meet their requirements under the relevant legislation and also satisfy the Owners Corporation’s own concerns regarding the safety of its residents.
