Pinnacle Building Consultancy provides a professional tender service that includes complete management of a competitive tender process with the purpose being to obtain reliable quotations from qualified builders for the satisfactory procurement of the Principal’s commercial objective.
Our tender service commences with the issue of a tender invitation letter to any reasonable number of trusted, licensed and capable building contractors. We then convene and attend a tender-period site meeting for the purposes of familiarising the contractors with the site and the scope of works including access, any allocated storage facilities, amenities, and our client’s expectations. Following closure of the nominated tender period and receipt of the contractor’s submissions, we prepare and issue a detailed Tender Analysis Report containing advice regarding compliance of the submissions with the parameters of the tender process, the specification, and any addendum to the scope of works issued during the tender period.
Our Tender Analysis Report also contains recommendations regarding which contractor has provided the most economical tender submission, albeit with qualification and comment in the event alternatives are offered.
